Research & Design

In Agreement
Now that you've seen everything, we'll document it all and prepare your new home build contract.
Once you've read and signed the contract for building your new home with Vision Smart Homes, our team will commence the process of getting development approvals and your new home build underway.
Build & Construction
It's time to meet your site supervisor who will discuss your custom build process and how it will all work.
Your site supervisor is ready to help answer any questions you may have about your new home build.
Your Pool Comes First
When building a new home, and, if you have nominated to have a pool built as part of your project, our team will get started with that to ensure access doesn't become an issue after.
Setting The Foundations
Every new home is built on the right foundations. We'll get your slab installed and ready for your new home construction.
Structure
Once we've set the foundations of your new home build, we'll start putting the structures in place to create the framework for your new home build.
Roof Build
We're now ready to construct your roof and we'll get all your electrical pre-wiring and initial plumbing as well as pipework completed.
Roof & Exterior Walls
We are now ready to enclose your new home from the elements and this means your roof is installed and exterior walls are put up.
Working Inside
Now that we have secured your new home from external elements such as rain, sun and dust - we'll now get started on installing interior items such as cabinets, doors and bathrooms.
Compliance & Complete
In compliance with your HIA contract, we'll make sure everything is complete to statutory requirements.
Keys To Your New Home
Your build phase is now complete and your site supervisor will sit with you to discuss the final construction of your new Vision Smart Home.
